The hotel had a beautiful room with complimentary toiletries and tea & coffee making facilities but could use some general maintenance. The service was excellent and helpful, although the hot buffet seemed unappealing due to staying under lamps for too long. The location was good, near the NEC, with lovely gardens and friendly staff. The dining experience had some ups and downs with a fabulous dinner but limited breakfast choices. The hotel boasts a delightful pool area.
The hotel rooms were a little small for the price but adequate for my needs. They are tired but comfortable and good value for money. The service was friendly and courteous, with a few hiccups such as wrong TV remotes and cold coffee. The location was exceptional for walking and close to shopping centers. The dining experience was great but could use some improvements. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money.
